FCA Group adds more Florida condos

The FCA Group has purchased 212 units at the 264-unit Grand Pavilion
condo community in Tampa. The company, which is the North American and
Central American real estate investment arm of global firm the Libra
Group, now owns nearly 500 condo units in Florida. FCA recently made two
other bulk buys in Florida, including 79 units at the Heron Pond
complex in Pembroke Pines and 94 condo units at Crescent Cove in Coral
Springs. “We have a number of major projects in the pipeline for next
year, which is very positive,” said FCA Group CEO Frank Espinosa. — Alexander Britell
