Colliers tapped to lease 1401 Brickell

Colliers International South Florida has been named the exclusive
leasing agent for 1401 Brickell, a 188,138-square-foot office tower in
Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The project is leasing spaces from 861 to
6,180 square feet. Donna Abood, the company’s chairman and founding
partner, and Randy Olen, executive vice president, will serve as
exclusive listing agents. “We are excited to reintroduce 1401 Brickell
Office Tower to the market,” said Olen. “The building offers a strong
and committed ownership group combined with a quality project and
