BankUnited could add two branches

Miami Lakes-based BankUnited could add two branches in South Florida,
following an application to the federal government, according to the
South Florida Business Journal. The bank has applied to open new
locations in North Miami and Pompano Beach; it has 90 branches in
Florida. The announcement follows two new branches set to open in Fort
Lauderdale and Orlando. [SFBJ]
