Fort Lauderdale Realtors sue Miami Realtors over advertising claim

The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale has brought a lawsuit
in federal court against the Miami Association of Realtors, charging
that the Miami group has released advertising that compares the two
groups inappropriately, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The Fort Lauderdale association is being represented by lawyer Stephen
Simmons. The alleged comparisons between the groups in the advertising
campaign include the size of membership and member savings. [SFBJ]
