The Torah Academy of Boca Raton has closed on the purchase of a
17,000-square-foot space at 3881 NW Third Avenue in Boca Raton for $1.5
million. The facility, which was formally the Summit Montessori School,
had been owned by Zions Bank, which foreclosed on the property in 2010.
“This expansion will allow the school to significantly increase its
student body,” said attorney Daniel Kaskel, a partner with Sachs Sax
Caplan who represented the academy in the deal. — Alexander Britell
