Holiday Fenoglio Fowler names James Dockerty managing director in Miami

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has named James Dockerty a managing director in its Miami office to focus on debt and equity deals in the southeastern United States, the firm announced. Dockerty, a 30-year veteran of the banking industry, has worked on financing transactions for properties around the Miami area, including the Setai Resort Condominium in Miami Beach, Ten Museum Park and the Epic in Miami and Ten Aragon in Coral Gables.
