Foreclosure stats for the week

To start 2012, foreclosures have declined in South Florida compared to the first week of 2011. As of today, the number of foreclosures in South Florida year-to-date is 461 down from 510 a year ago. Foreclosures actually increased significantly in Miami, but were offset by decreases in Broward and Palm Beach counties. – Adam Fusfeld
