“John Condo” charged for fraud scheme

A group of schemers led by a man called “John Condo” has been charged with fraud in relation to a nationwide scam that led developers to wrongly give back condominium deposits, according to the South Florida Business Journal. “John Condo” and three Florida-based co-defendants allegedly conspired to induce developers to give them deposits in order to secure funding for their projects. “John Condo,” whose real name is Ioannis Koutsoubos, worked with the three to allegedly defraud 33 companies across the country.
