Finlay names Jeff Goldshine new president

Multi-family veteran Jeff Goldshine has been named the president of Finlay Management, whose portfolio includes multi-family properties in Florida, Texas and New Hampshire, the company announced. Goldshine was previously the president of Mission Residential Management in Virginia, and a senior vice president and director of management operations at CAPREIT. He began his career in New York with Arlen Realty. — Alexander Britell
