Looking for a new home after the sale of its Biscayne Bay headquarters to Genting, the Miami Herald is in negotiations to move to the former site of the headquarters of the U.S. Southern Command in Doral, which moved to another office nearby in 2010. The Herald is reportedly looking for a total of 270,000 square feet to house its printing operation and office space, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Tere Blanca of Blanca Commercial Real Estate is representing the Herald in its search. The space is located at 3511 NW 91st Avenue. [SFBJ]
