Seaside Villas sell in Fort Lauderdale

The Seaside Villas townhouse project in Fort Lauderdale has been purchased for a $7 million discount, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 12-unit project had been seized by lender PNC Bank last year after it foreclosed on a $14.7 million mortgage. The buyer was Sunscape Group. [SFBJ]
