Ernesto Cambo’s CPF Investment Group has formed a new arm, CPF Builders, which will specialize in real estate construction services. The company will oversee the continued buildout of AVE Aviation & Commerce Center at Opa-Locka Executive Airport. The 2.6 million-qauer-foot mixed-use park is currently 100 percent occupied in its industrial warehouse facilities, with tenants including Banyan Air Service, Kinetic Concepts and the U.S. Postal Service. “This new entity, coupled with our team’s extensive experience in the entire construction process, further diversifies the services we offer and is a natural addition to CPF,” Cambo said. “Our goal is to continue the development of AVE under this entity, as well as focus on expanding our portfolio of construction projects in South Florida.” — Alexander Britell
