Patricia Delinois named residential president of Miami Association of Realtors

The Miami Association of Realtors has named Patricia Delinois its residential president for 2012. Delinois is the president and CEO of Century 21 Premier Elite Realty and a director for the National Association of Realtors. Fernando Martinez, the past president of the Builders Association of South Florida, will serve as president-elect of the Miami Association of Realtors. — Alexander Britell
