Former Goldman Sachs exec sells Palm Beach home for $10.35 million
New York banking executive David Lambert has sold his Palm Beach home for $10.35 million, according to a deed filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
The 13,479-square-foot property is located at 320 Ridgeview Drive in Palm Beach, just north of midtown.
Lambert is a retired Goldman Sachs executive, an original partner during the firm’s public offering in 1999. He also runs the David G. Lambert Foundation in New York City.
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home which features a 4,000-bottle wine cellar and its own theater, had been listed for $14.25 million by the Corcoran Group’s Jim McCann.
McCann did not respond to a request for comment.
Lambert purchased the home in 2000 for $2.45 million, and it had an assessed value of $6.33 million in 2011, according to the Property Appraiser’s office.
