Retailer Ulta Beauty signs 10,010-square-foot lease in Boca Raton

Illinois-based cosmetics retailer Ulta Beauty is expanding to Boca Raton, following the addition of 28 new stores nationwide last year, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The lease is for 10 years and 10,010 square feet. The company will be opening its Boca location at the Westwinds of Boca shopping center, which is located at 9846 Glades Road. [SFBJ]
