Argentina-based developer Consultatio has broken ground on the $250 million Oceana condominium project in Key Biscayne. The two-tower complex will have 142 units and 12 luxury villas. “Key Biscayne has historically become a big draw for many wealthy families from Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina,” according One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Barbara Lamar. “The Oceana should do well by continuing to target that same high-end international demographic in the coming year.” [World Property Channel]
