Developer Dezer opens car museum

Developer Michael Dezer has launched the new Dezer Collection Museum & Pavillion, a 250,000-square-foot facility in North Miami that houses more than 1,000 of his automobiles. The museum, includes an indoor drive-in movie theatre and a wax figure museum, also has its own 75,000-square-foot event venue on the property. Dezer, who has developed some of South Florida’s most notable properties, including several Trump properties, will also open a James Bond component at the site with $15 million worth of props and cars from the movie franchise. “It’s been a longtime dream for me to open my collection to the public,” Dezer said. — Alexander Britell
