SF foreclosure stats for the week

There have been 5,519 foreclosures filed in South Florida thus far in 2012, a 30 percent increase over the 4,241 foreclosures filed during the same period in 2012. For the week ending Feb. 24, 628 foreclosures were filed in the three counties, with 290 of them coming Broward County compared to 170 and 168 filings in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, respectively. — Adam Fusfeld
