Healthcare firm signs 10,148-square-foot lease at Boca Corporate Center

Medical technology firm Edgemed Healthcare Solutions has signed a lease for 10,148 square feet at Boca Corporate Center and Campus, which is located at 4800 T Rex Avenue, according to Brenner Real Estate Group, which represented Edgemed. Brenner’s Adam Starr and Jason Stagman of Stagman Commercial Real Estate Advisors co-represented Edgemed in the deal.The lease was a relocation from the company’s headquarters in Deerfield Beach. CBREs’s Jeffrey Kelly represented landlord BRE/Boca Corporate Center in the deal. Brenner also announced two smaller leases in Boca Raton, including a 3,300-square-foot lease by Sandlefoot at West Boca Plaza, and a 900-square-foot lease at Hillsboro I.
