Seagis Property Group taps Transwestern to lease 230,000-square feet in Miami

Seagis Property Group has awarded two industrial leasing assignments for a total of 230,000 square feet to Transwestern. The two properties are located at 3450 NW 115th Avenue in Doral and the Northeast Corner of the Palmetto Expressway and NW 37th Avenue in Miami Gardens. “We have a longstanding relationship with the landlord and are extremely pleased to be awarded these leasing assignments,” said Thomas Kresse, senior vice president at Transwestern. The two buildings include 826 Industrial Park in Miami Gardens and an 87,000-square-foot facility in the Airport West submarket of Doral.
