The priciest South Florida listing to hit the market today is a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom condominium unit at 1500 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach that’s asking $25 million, according to Condo Vultures. The unit, #T2, is a penthouse with more than 8,400 square feet, a 7,000-square-foot private roof deck, two wine rooms, a movie theater, and a circular great room with wrap around views of the ocean and beach. It’s in a waterfront building with 24-hour front desk security, a fitness center, pool and spa, poolside food service and a game room.
