Engel & Volkers releases mobile app

Real estate firm Engel & Volkers has released a mobile Multiple Listing Service app for all of its properties in the U.S. The app gives buyers the ability to arrange an appointment through their mobile device, and see all the information on the each listing. “The new Mobile MLS application will provide buyers with an easy and hassle-free way of looking for the perfect home,” said Timo Khammash, managing partner at Engel & Volkers Florida. “We are excited for our potential clients and brokers to start using this application.” South Florida firms (and even condo projects) have been increasingly looking to mobile apps, from One Sotheby’s International Realty the Marquis Miami condo downtown Miami. — Alexander Britell
