Digital media firm Atex signs 10,203-square-foot lease in Melbourne

United Kingdom-based digital media company Atex has signed a 10,203-square-foot lease at Imperial Plaza in Melbourne. Brenner Real Estate Group’s Carla Casey and Colette Wood represented the landlord, Sterwick Development, in the deal. Imperial Plaza is located at 6765-6769 North Wickham Road in Melbourne. The transaction was a relocation for ATEX from within Melbourne.
