Bank of America sells two Palm Beach buildings

Bank of America has sold two Palm Beach buildings for $6.02 million, according to a deed filed in the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office. The buyer was 140 North County Road, a limited liability company affiliated with Tremont Partners’ Kenneth Slater, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. CBRE Group’s Richard Tarquinio represented both sides of the transaction. The buildings are located at 220 Sunrise Avenue and 140 North County Road, with the former housing the Chairman’s Club mixed-use space. Bank of America is a tenant in the latter, and will remain so after signing a long-term lease, according to Connie Thomas of W.G. Compass Realty in West Palm Beach. [Palm Beach Daily News]
