Shared workspace Büro expands to Sunset Harbour

Shared workspace firm Büro has signed a long-term, 10440-square-foot lease at 1815 Purdy Avenue in the Sunset Harbour section of Miami Beach, the company’s second location, the Comras Company announced. The company also has a space in Midtown Miami. Jonathan Carter, director of leasing at Comras Company, handled the transaction for Büro.

“We successfully identified and capitalized on a gap in the local office market,” said Michael Feinstein, founder and CEO of Büro Group. “Startups and creative professionals are not well served by standard office leases and cookie-cutter corporate spaces.” It is the latest in a wave of new tenants in the rapidly-growing Sunset Harbour, neighborhood, which will soon see the construction of a 70-unit condominium tower and a mixed-use complex designed by Arquitectonica.
