Boca mixed-use park sells for $16 million

The Fountains at Camino, a mixed-use, Class B office and retail property, has been sold for $16 million, according to CBRE Group, which represented seller CB Camino Real, in the deal. The property, which is located at 7000-7700 West Camino Real in Boca Raton, has a total of 184,575 rentable square feet and is currently at 48 percent occupancy. CBRE’s Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Christian Lee and Charles Foschini handled the deal for CB Camino Real. The buyer of the seven-building property was Boca Medical Plaza, a limited liability company. — Alexander Britell
