Doral’s Dolphin Commerce Center adds pair of 14,000-square-foot leases

Doral’s Dolphin Commerce Center has signed a pair of 14,000-square-foot leases to reach 100 percent occupancy. Tenants Atlantic Marine Services and TireXchange have both signed deals for 14,489 square feet, according to Cushman and Wakefield, which represented Dolphin Commerce Center in the deals. Cushman’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez handled the deal for Cushman. “This surge of leasing activity represents the strength of our market and the demand for the amenities offered within Class A facilities such as Dolphin Commerce Center,” Rodriguez said. The property is located at 11350 NW 25th Street in Doral. — Alexander Britell
