The 40,000-square-foot building, being built by Miami-based Maco Group Construction and Liebherr, will be located at Northwest 138th Street and North Okeechobee Road, and will create between 80 and 120 jobs.

Liebherr plans to begin manufacturing of the equipment at the site next year, and has committed $90 million in U.S. investments. The center will serve as a hub for its Latin American and Caribbean crane business. [Sun Sentinel]
