Boynton retail center sells for $52 million

A shopping center in Boynton Beach has been sold for $52 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The center, which i anchored by a Publix supermarket, was sold by an affiliate of Woolbright Development. Woolbright is one of the largest owners of retail real estate in Florida. Last year, Woolbright unloaded two shopping malls in short sales for a combined $20 million, the Shops of Boca Grove and Riverwalk Plaza in Boynton Beach. [SFBJ]
