Cushman signs six Broward lease renewals

Cushman & Wakefield has signed six lease renewals for a total of 53,118 square feet in the last 60 days, the firm announced today. Cushman’s Industrial Brokerage Team, which includes executive directors Sky Groden, Rick Etner and Chris Metzger along with director Christopher Thomson, handled the transactions. The largest was an 8,769-square-foot lease by Cara Aviation Services at Deerfield Beach Commerce Center, led by Groden. Three of the other deals each exceeded 7,000 square feet, along with a 4,965-square-foot lease by Carrier Rental Systems at Delray Corporate Center in Delray Beach. — Alexander Britell
