Calvin Klein Chairman Barry Schwartz sells Indian Creek lot for $19.2 million

Barry Schwartz, the co-founder and Chairman of Calvin Klein, has sold his empty lot at 9 Indian Creek Drive for $19.2 million, the Miami Herald reported. Schwartz was represented by Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg. The property, which has a total of 2.75 acres, had an assessed value of $10.8 million last year, according to data from the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser’s office. It was purchased by Schwartz in 2005 for $15.5 million. [Miami Herald]
