Colliers brokers sale of Airport West flex unit

Colliers International South Florida has brokered the sale of a 1,400-square-foot flex unit at Miami Airport Center in the Airport West submarket of Miami. The unit, which is located at 7640 NW 25th Street, was purchased by a Colombian investor who bought the leased unit as an investment. Kristopher Wagner, a senior commercial associate at Colliers, represented seller FVP Airport in the all-cash transaction. — Alexander Britell
