Union Square Apartments sell for $54M

The Union Square Apartments have been sold by Ceebraid-Signal for $54 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 542-unit complex, in Palm Beach Gardens, was purchased by Jupiter-based Landmark Residential. As part of the deal, Landmark will pay the complete principal balance of the mortgage on the property, in addition to accrued interest and lender’s costs. The property had been in a foreclosure action filed by Ceebraid-Signal. [SFBJ]
