Autonation sells Mercedes dealership in Miami

The former Mercedes-Benz of Miami dealership has been sold by Autonation affiliate L.P. Evans Motors WPB, according to Cypress Equities, which assisted Autonation in the sale. The property, which is located at 444 NW 165th Street in Miami, was purchased by FRL Automotive, a limited liability company. Cypress Equities’ Jacqueline Blake represented the seller, Harry Brumley of AutoNation CRES. FRL was represented by Terry Salzman of Salzman Real Estate Advisors in the transaction. — Alexander Britell
