Beech Street opens Fort Lauderdale office

Lender Beach Street Capital has opened a Fort Lauderdale office, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The Maryland-based lender has also opened an Orlando office in addition to the Fort Lauderdale location at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard. “We are filling out our nationwide footprint by opening offices in key markets,” said Beech Street President and CEO Grace Huebscher. The firm recruited Mitch Sinberg and Mike Wallace to open the firm’s two new Florida offices. Beech street, which specializes in multi-family financing, closed over $2 billion last year, third among Fannie Mae lenders in the country. [SFBJ]
