Kokoriko heads to Brickell

Colombia-based restaurant chain Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie is heading to Brickell, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The restaurant will open its doors at the Axis condominium at 1111 SW 1 Avenue in a 3,000-square-foot space. “We couldn’t pass on the opportunity to team up with Chef [Ricardo] Sandoval at such an exciting time in our company’s history,” said Kokoriko CEO Eduardo Robayo. “We’ve been eager to bring Kokoriko to North America, and he was the perfect chef to partner with to helm our expansion.” [SFBJ]
