Aventura condos sold in bulk deal for $6 million

European buyer Novalis has paid $6 million for 17 units at the 3030 at Aventura condominium in Aventura. The deal worked out to an average of $155 per square foot. At the peak of the market, properties at the 45-unit project sold for around $400 per square foot. “In the last year, several very interested foreign buyers came armed with cash, but the timing just wasn’t right,” said Keller Williams’ Brigitte Lina Lombari. “Even Novalis unsuccessfully approached the deal in November.
