Inventory falls in Broward County

The inventory of existing single-family homes for sale in Broward County has fallen to less than half of what it was in 2008 and 2009, according to a report from the Keyes Company, the Sun Sentinel reported. There are now a total of 5,200 single-family homes for sale in Broward, with a total of 11,582 homes and condominiums for sale in the county. [Sun Sentinel]
