Several extremely high-end Palm Beach County properties have each shaved $2 million off their asking price, the Palm Beach Daily News reported, a sure sign that spring is in the air. The Daily News said brokers and home sellers typically begin lowering prices this time of year as they try to move properties before the summer lull.

Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cristina Condon recently lowered the price of her 6,259-square-foot listing at 241 Banyan Road to $15.9 million from $17.9 million. Down the road, the price of the 11,000-square-foot home at 102 Banyan was lowerd to $24 million from $26 million by listing agent Paula Wittmann of Fite Shavell & Associates. Finally, Corcoran Group’s Jim McCann lowered the price of an 11,627-square-foot home at 1520 South Ocean Boulevard to $25 million from $27 million last month. [Palm Beach Daily News]
