CBRE tapped to lease, manage One Boca Place

CBRE Group has been named the new leasing and property management team for Invesco’s One Boca Place office complex in Boca Raton. The 277, 390-square-foot Class A complex, which is located at 2255 Glades Road, was built in 1986. Michael Wilson, senior vice president at CBRE, and Deborah Fink, vice president, will manage the leasing assignment. CBRE has also added four new hires to the management team at the building. — Alexander Britell
