El Dorado expanding to west coast of Florida

El Dorado Furniture is expanding its South Florida-based company with the purchase of a shopping center in Fort Myers, the Miami Herald reported. “We are already delivering furniture over there, at least a couple trucks a week,” said Pedro Capo, COO of El Dorado. “We’ve gotten requests from our customers. The demand has just gotten bigger and bigger.” The new location comes as other furniture retailers with Florida operations, like Robb & Stucky, have shuttered. It is the 13th store for the company.
