Singer Luis Miguel sells Brickell condo

Mexican singer Luis Miguel, the winner of multiple Latin Grammy awards, has sold his condominium at Jade Brickell in downtown Miami for $2.2 million, according to Realtor Alan Kleer. “It is really an impressive home,” Kleer said. “Not only does it offer plenty of living space, but it offers a unique floorplan that is not commonly found in Miami.” The 3,860-square-foot unit is located on Jade Brickell’s 46th floor. The property was marketed through a combined effort from Kleer and Fortune International Realty. It was purchased by a buyer from the Netherlands. – Alexander Britell
