State Street Realty adds Jesus Cortes

Miami-based State Street Realty has hired Jesus Cortes as a senior associate. The hire comes in the seventh month since State Street began operations as a commercial brokerage. Cortes previously served as a sales associate for Americas Industrial Realty, where he completed more than $25 million in combined transactions, both leases and building sales, totaling more than 1.1 million square feet. “Jesus is a welcome addition to our growing State Street Realty team and will bring valuable skill sets to his role within our firm,” said George Pino, president of State Street. — Alexander Britell
