Fort Lauderdale office fetches $7.5M

The Colee Hammock Excecutive Plaza in Fort Lauderdale has sold for $7.5 million, CoStar reported. No brokers were involved in the deal. The 32,000-square-foot building was sold by Cilton Real Estate Group to a private investor for a sales price that comes out to $234 per foot.

The property, at 1512 East Broward Boulevard, is fully occupied on a 10-year, triple-net lease by architecture firm EDSA. Last month, EDSA was commissioned to design a proposed solar-powered eco-lodge in the Florida Keys. [CoStar]
