Latin American energy firm signs 13,500-square-foot lease in West Palm Beach

Latin American renewable energy company TAO Sustainable Power Solutions has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease at the Commerce Gold building in West Palm Beach. The firm, which is expanding with the addition of 50 new hires, is relocating from Tequesta. The Commerce Gold building is located at 1800 Australian Avenue in West Palm Beach. “Our approach to repositioning the building in the market and reintroducing it to the brokerage community has driven traffic and resulted in increased occupancy at the building,” said Barbara Lebrun of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, who represented owner KAS Gold along with Lesley Sheinberg. — Alexander Britell
