State Street brokers sale of 11,780-square-foot Airport West warehouse

An 11,780-square-foot warehouse at Prime West Business Park in the Airport West Submarket of Miami has sold for approximately $1 million, according to State Street Realty, which brokered the deal on behalf of buyer HTX Properties, a limited liability company. State Street’s Ed Lyden, senior vice president, represented the buyer. The seller, Majorluna Enterprises, was represented by Jennifer Aragon and Monica Lopez Cantera of Pan American Realty Services. “The purchase of this property is indicative to how the industrial sector continues to strengthen in the Miami Airport West submarket,” Lyden said. “This transaction signifies that buyers are continuing to show more confidence in the Miami Airport West submarket.” — Alexander Britell
