Transwestern tapped to lease 340,000-square-foot project in Doral

Transwestern has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Seagis’ newly-acquired Doral@25th project, a 340,000-square-foot Class A office and industrial distribution center in Doral. Transwestern’s Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg, Thomas Kresse and Carlos Gaviria will oversee the assignment on behalf of Seagis. “We anticipate the interest in the property to be vigorous from companies which already have a footprint in the state and those wishing to enter this vibrant market sector,” Eisenberg said.
