Apria Healthcare has expanded and relocated with a 10,154-square-foot lease in the Miramar Park of Commerce. The new lease is at the MPC-8B building, which is located at 10141 USA Today Way in the park. Apria is relocating from a 6,061-square-foot lease at MPC-2 in the park, where it has been a tenant since 1995. “We are thrilled to accommodate the expansion needs of tenants who have been in the park for a number of years like Apria,” said Andrew Ansin, vice president of Sunbeam Properties, the park’s developer. “Aria’s expansion is another example of the growth we are seeing in the healthcare industry.” According to Ansin, 60 percent of the companies that moved to the park last year were in the healthcare or biotech industries. Sunbeam’s Ryan Goggins represented the park in the transaction, while Tan Vu of Corporate Realty Associates represented Apria. — Alexander Britell
