Flower company Sunshine Bouquet has signed a 95,000-square-foot long term lease at Miami International Distribution Center, according to Transwestern, which brokered the deal on behalf of landlord DCT Industrial. The transaction brings the 215,000-square-foot industrial center to 100 percent occupancy. “This property’s location, coupled with the installation of state-of-the-art cooler equipment makes it the ideal building for any company that distributes perishable goods such as produce or flowers,” said Thomas Kresse, senior vice president at Transwestern, who was joined on the deal by Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg. — Alexander Britell
