The Sabal Palm apartments have sold for $10.75 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The seller was Sabal Palm Associates, an affiliate of the Related Group. The property is located at 5900 NW 46th Terrace. The buyer was YMP Golf Villas, according to Broward County records. YMP is based in Fisher Island. [SFBJ]
